Going Back in Time

If I could rewind I’d join the little kind And be a youngling again Playing in the rain With laughter larger than cares With superstitions and fears I’d do stuff that makes no sense Like finally kicking the ball over the fence And I’d be free of all responsibilities As I chase after nonsensities Because, for that fleeting window I wouldn’t have to be a widow
