GOD’S WILL So many people claim to know What god wants He hides above and has no face Yet his minions who are self- appointed Proclaim his way is the only way To live a life The earth revolves around god as king You must lose your individuality If you wish not to die in sin No one must live for now and be happy We must constantly seek a future That exists when death has devoured us This without any proof that another life exists The ability to control every aspect of one’s life Is the calling of gurus past and present The machismo and narrow sightedness Of these so called enlightened messengers Has wrecked a world which should Celebrate its plurality of understanding of god And its innate humanity God’s will is opaque for no man has The ability to comprehend nature fully so cannot create a god that can be made to fit A human concept of authority A god only can rule supreme If the people wish to be led Worship who you wish Praise the one who Loves you best
