God's Saving Grace: a New Day, a New Way
leave your gripes, leave your grudges
and leave your bitterness at the Lord's table
and then take away God's Saving Grace
for it is sufficient and able
to go from bitter to better
just take away the "I"
for it's not about you
but about the Kingdom up on high
Jesus said to deny your self
and then take up the cross
let go of your selfish wants and desires
it won't be a great loss
to be willing to soothe the bruises
and the wounds you carry deep inside
to be willing to mend the brokenness
and by His word live and abide
to find your joy in the Lord
to be thankful and to Him always pray
for with God's Saving Grace
there will always be a new way and a new day
