God's Painting

God sketched from his mind
The painting of life
He stretched his hand and spoke his word
And all he said came forth

The world we see
The breath within you and me
Each life be done, each life on come
This all was constructed through God's eyes
Through his dreams
Came God's painting

Let the seas on the land
divide from the seas in the sky
Let the waters come together
He demanded the land uncovered
The land is to carry life and herb
All came true with just his word

Animals of all kinds
He created to fill the earth and sky
He seperated the time with days and nights
Then he scattered the sun, the moon, and stars
To make the difference in lights

Last he constructed, piece by piece
Two humans just like you and me
Then he placed them in the Garden of Eden
Perfect to his design
Yes, all the greatness and all the beauty
Magnified in God's painting

Then when all was lost and done
When the world had fallen astry
Tears of blood from God
Fall from the sacrificing of his only son
To show everlasting love, eternal love, complete belief
In us, just to save us
In God's painting.....
