God's Love
God's love is like an evergreen tree-ever growing
Everflowing.
Standing tall(upright)
Refusing to fall(defeat)
Never retreats; always constant;
Causing hearts, responsive to change; to be free; to enjoy life abundantly.
God's love is like an evergreen tree.
God's love is like an evergreen tree-
Spreading out its branches, in the heat of every day.
Its leaves of protection always ready to provide shade from the Sun's great scorching
light, come what will or may;
Sheltering, shielding, soothing, cooling through the heat(hotness) of night and day.
God's love is like an evergreen tree.
God's love is like an evergreen tree-
Extending upward into the sky;
There is no going over it, even if there were wings enough to fly;
There is no going around it; its width is just too vast;
There is no going under it, its depth can not be surpassed-
Reaching upward, outward, downward but always within grasp:
Eternal. Profound. Never-ending. Infinite. ALIVE
God's love is like and evergreen tree.
