God's Grace

I've spent my entire life wasting away in sin
Every single day I was letting the devil win
I wish I could've seen past his dirty evil grin
Some days I would pray to God to please just let me die
Most days I didn't pray cause all I could do was cry
The devil had me hooked telling me lie after lie
In the end I was nothing without an ounce of pride
There was nowhere to run there was nowhere left to hide
When I began to pray God came and stood by my side
Finally when I stared the devil straight in the face
God took me by the hand and we put him in his place
Anything is possible with the help of God's Grace
