God's Gentle Voice
God reached down his gentle hand
And touched my weary soul
He spoke to me with that gentle voice
That voice so soft and low
He said, "I will stay by your side
I'll guide you along the way
I will never leave or forsake you
I'll be beside you every day
In time of need, call my name
I'll listen to your prayer
At times I may seem far away
But, I'll always be right here."
