God's Creation In Seven Days

On the first day God created light to show the way,
and on the second day made the sky to see so far away.
On the third day God formed the earth and sea to be where it lay,
and grew vegetation there for the energy we need to stay.
On the fourth day God showed the difference between night and day,
and on the fifth day created animals to live where they may.
On the sixth day God created us to hear what he has to say,
and on the seventh day he rested to make sure everything was okay.
