God's Chained Enemy

This world held in evil's grip
looks as if satin's in control
the prince of this world
seems to have scored winning goal

But let's stop and take long look
remind ourselves what God says
the gates of hell will not prevail
for God will make sure satin pays

The Lord our God the alpha and omega
rules from eternity always the same
works everything to His perfect will
till the day all will confess His name

The devil is God's arch enemy
the Lord has tied him in chains
it may seem a chain extremely long
but only till satin's cast in flames
