God Welcomed Us
God Welcomed Us
Today not sure where I should begin
What about all of the women and men?
From their country becoming a refugee
Trying to find wonderful place to be.
No one had a problem like that before
Right down street there is some store
Every other corner church can be found
And traffic can always hear its sound.
Amazing how fortunate we have it all
Had risen in power and never did fall
Each of us ended up entering our grave
In heaven God gave us a friendly wave.
