God Surveys the Sparrow

God surveys the sparrow as she cares for her young, and attends to her every tune as it's sung. He enables each egg to hatch in its hour from single cells to pip punch with beak's power. God brush strokes each feather varied tints of tan and grants them to spread like an elegant fan. He examines the sparrow's swoop to search for seed, and provides from the earth to meet her every need. God endows her with instincts to gather her nest, yielding life cycles of shelter, warmth, and rest. He knows other wonders none other can see. He beholds each sparrow, and he watches o'r me. 12-10-2020 Inspiration: "His Eye Is on the Sparrow" -hymn by Civilla D. Martin
