God - Sent
“God Sent”
I wish I have the courage to let the world know,
the other side of me
But it’s not as easy as one , two, three
I wish I have the strength to let them see
The little girl that’s wanting to be free
But every time I take a step forward
something pulls me back
Feeling like I’m cornered
And that there’s a lot more I lack
How can I escape the chaos in my head?
Who will wipe away the tears I’ve shed?
My heart says “you’ve got to grab this chance and go”
But my mind says “you’re not ready. NO!”
I’m caught between two side of me
The courageous one and the cowardly
This has been an on going war
One that shouldn’t have gotten this far
To this misery, I need to put an end
To myself, I need to make ammends
Thank you for always being there my friend
I can’t do it alone. You are God - sent
