God Is My Best Friend

God became my best friend when I was born in 1971.
God wants all of us to have joy and to have fun.
I don't go to church but my love for God is true.
He's my best friend and he's your best friend too.
Don't give up even when things look grim.
God is there to help us; just look to him.
I know for a fact that God loves me and he loves you.
Having him for a best friend is the best thing to do.

Diane Christian June 30, 2009 at 10:10 AM aww a powerful poem, your heart is God's temple my friend he dwells inside of you and me also, I go to church but our faith is far more than that, you got it in one, Faith is a Gift from God, as my little girl says God loves me I love he too, she has special needs but she knows he is her best friend, this is a beautiful testomony, God bless you from diane
