Rama Balasubramanian Poet Rhyme

God

Always behaving callously despite endless failings, grateful
that God loves me unconditionally ever forgiving my mistakes
as I plod  along the path way of life with an egoistic ungrateful
attitude of understanding every error but repeating them again

Quietly repeatedly showing through unending voice which
speaks to me from within, he tells me to always follow
right path so that my sins are reduced, I feel abundantly rich
as he endlessly showers his love and blessings on me.

Just, kind, limitless, magnanimous, nurturing, omnipotent, patient,
God is a source of strength for me, a hope for better future
I desire an eternal life with him serving his lotus feet.  I am impatient
I want permanent end of my miseries through salvation in this birth itself
