Glimps of My Broken Heart

“It’s not just a poem
But a glimpse of my broken heart
Waiting for someone to heal my wounds,

These are not just some lines written by a pen
But the thoughts that caused this over whelming pain,

Words that left deep scares
That can’t be fixed like a broken glass,

Wished someone hear the silent screams of my soul
But in this never-ending universe I’m still alone,

Fighting the huge rough sorrow waves
Don’t know how long my paper boat will sail,

Lost the hope of someone holding my hand
Now it’s just me in my dream fairyland,

It’s not just a poem
But a glimpse of my broken heart
That has now stopped waiting for someone
And given my fallen world a fresh start….”
