Gleam Above the Hill

L-onely night is over,
E-vening chill fades away;
A-nother new day dawns, denying the dark and gray.

A-n early morning light
S-hines after the slumber;
P-ure brightness it brings,
E-very third of December.
R-ays from the blue sky cause a thousand thrill;
A-iming to make you glow, as they gleam above the hill.
