Glass

No one touch me, I chip like glass Pray the darkest night will pass I’m to common to have class Come take me home to midnight mass. Don’t protect me, I can fight Shielded eyes won’t block the sight Crosses burning on the lawn By the morning I’ll be gone They can’t keep me covered up Telltale lies are not enough Try your best, my blood runs blue You don’t know what I can do. Dirty water, cleanse my soul Ferryman will take his toll Half dead, running to the light Devil’s grip is still too tight Leave me here, I have no heart Lost and falling through the dark Lightning strikes, I catch on fire Throw the witch onto the pyre. No one touch me, I chip like glass Pray the darkest night will pass I’m too common to have to class Take me home.
