Glad to Allow Little Red to Join Us

Everybody helped build the communal treehouse Badger, fox, bunny, chipmunk, squirrel, owl and mouse. In the end we served molasses, honey and jam on bread. Can I join you up there? Asked a hen named Little Red. We knew she was picked on by her lazy roommates. So we said “why not” and she brought along some crates. We now had pecans, dumplings, tootsie rolls and fresh sirloin. We were certainly glad now that we had allowed her to join.
