Giving
The beating of the heart,
is where love gets its start;
it courses the blood,
to the brain it will flood;
to the arms it flows,
then to the legs it goes;
bringing love every place,
from foot to your face;
love becomes you,
all you say and do;
your total existence,
you have no resistance;
it cannot be stopped,
nor can it be dropped;
it can only be spread,
and lasts till your dead;
so, if you really care,
it's something you share;
to those that you know,
will help your love grow;
so pass it around,
before put in the ground.
