Give Me Wings
Give me wings to fly above this pain
Give me hope to rise up and live again
Take my hand so I can touch the eagle and soar
Show me all the beauty I have too long ignored
High above the mountains I love so
Give me the wisdom to lead not to follow
Hear my plea that chants to you
Show me a path that is straight and true
Give me the wings to fly above this pain
Let me hold you in my heart until we are together once again
