Give Me a Space

In your heart give me a space Generous and loving as is your face And I will enter my full and whole And be your love of heart and soul. And I’ll hold you against my chest And I’ll believe in you as always my best I’ll feel your heart beat into mine As we sweetly kiss as fond is fine. I’ll seldom wander for an extra want For none than you I think is more elegant I’ll live with you today and tomorrow Cherishing delight and chasing sorrow. Give me a space in your love and life So I be your husband and you my wife And I’ll give my all to God and you And I’ll be honest, and I’ll be true. We’ll share a breath and a bite of love And bad romance to excite the nerve We together will dance and jointly sing And say ‘we do’, and wear the ring'. In your heart a space please And you forever become my miss My life and all will be your own And now we can in love drown.
