Give Me a Sign

I can't feel you.
You aren't around me.
I'm falling through this
Atmosphere.

I'm holding onto
All I can see,
Begging please
Just to believe.

Looking up
To the sky,
Wondering
If I'm alive.

Burning my skin.
The fire is deep,
Deep underground.
I still don't believe.

Are you out there?
Can you hear me?
Give me a sign,
Make me believe.

I have no faith,
But I still want to believe.
Give me a sign,
Make me believe.

Kids are starving,
People are dying.
Give me a reason,
A reason to believe.

Cassie will come
And question my beliefs.
I'll give her an answer
And she'll spare me.

We look to the cross- I am The Resurrection and the life no one can go to the Father except through Him- Out of death comes life. Abide in Him is our answer. Our soul cries out and He sent us His Son. Love and blessings, Brenda

Nothing can make me believe at this point. I try to. I can't. Look at the world around us. I don't want to get into my beliefs about Christ and God, thank you. >.<
