Give It To God

GIVE IT TO GOD

In the pouring rain, she sinks so small,
A girl on her knees, tears began to fall,
Under the severe heavy downpour.
With sorrow in her eyes, she looked above,
Searching for solace, seeking some love.5

Each raindrop echoed her silent despair,
As she knelt down, her heart laid bare.
With the weight of the world on her delicate frame,
She wept in anguish, whispering a name.?

Her cry could be heard from mountain tops,
Her tears merged with raindrops,
While wailing bitterly without end.
Her tears & raindrops, a sorrowful blend,
Her anguish, a cry that the heavens did attend.¹4

But even in darkness, there's a glimmer of light,
Hope dances in the rain, washing away your plight.

In times of darkness, when shadows loom,
And all seems lost, consumed by gloom,¹8

When burdens seem too heavy to bear,
Give it to God, for He will hear.
When trials test your weary soul,
And worries threaten to take their toll,²²

When troubles mount, each day anew,
Give it to God for He'll guide you through.
For the rain will wash away the pain she knows,
Leaving room for healing, where new strength grows.²6

In that heavy rain, she found release,
Cleansing her soul to find a new lease.
So let the heavens witness her tearful pleas,
For in each drop, there's a whisper of peace.³°
