Give and Take

Show me love
Give me what I desire
Fill me up
In every part of
me, I want you.

The gentle caress
of your touch
a smile to fill me 
with hope
My heart to be unbroken.

I want to know love.
To be loved by anyone.
I don’t want dirty love.
I want a love to
fill my soul, to finally
be whole.

I want to live each
day knowing that love
is there, for me. I
want to see through
rose colored eyes.
I’m tired of surprises.

I don’t want marriage
I don’t want kids
I want to live in love.
To love and be loved,
and not care.

I went my breath
taken away.  I want
to smile at a thought.
I want to be raised
up so high.

I want gentle kisses
to cover me.  I want
to feel like I’m the
only one in your
world.

I want you to know
every part of me.
I want someone genuine,
someone who will
live or die in an instant,
for me.
I want to be able to give what I take.
