I think Halloween, this year is proving quite productive, with much spookiness here on Soup - including this one, Sam. I’d love to enter, Line’s contests, but once I start writing, I can rarely stop at six lines. Maybe I’ll have another go. Terry

Hi Terry! So grateful for your delightful feedback. The contests this month really have been a source of inspiration for me and my muse! And, just plain spooky fun! Having been blessed with the loquacious gene I understand your challenge. I have found writing haiku has helped. I know Line has often placed haiku. Often, I rewrite a verse of an existing poem that fits the line requirements. Hope this is helpful. Can't wait to see what you create! All the best! Blessings.
