Ghosts

Ghosts from the past
They seem to last
Longer than i want them to,
I try to breathe
But the suffocate me
In the presence of my own mind,
I try to find
Ways to let them go,
But the walls close in
And they grow...
Ghosts,
Picking at my every thought,
Debilitating me,
I try to break free
But they never leave
Ghosts

Excellent, Felicia! I council with elder Sages I know almost weekly, they always advise me when I'm troubled... 'jimmy, hold your issue in your hand at arms length, if you can resolve it, do so, if not, release it to God, let Him take it' jimbo
