Getting Stoned
Stone hopes to be a good man.
Tender heart, hid by stoic face.
Stone doesn't need much.
A bit of love and a resting place.
Stone believes in systems of chaos.
Freedom lived in mercurial order.
Stone sees everything making sense.
Each designs their own life's border.
Stone wakes alongside the sun.
Yet, he worships the moon.
Stone sits quietly, with his tea.
Daily, repeating security's tune.
Stone stands to enter his room.
Prolonging life, practicing content.
Stone punishes body with purpose.
Speaks to god in his revival tent.
Stone has finished his task.
He sits quietly in meditation.
Stone forms his day, a loose frame.
Escape saves changes in mentation.
Stone is ready for the day.
He can't afford to be lax.
Stone is happiest when structured.
A time to prepare, a time to relax.
Stone wants to live his day, awake.
A time to grow, things to be learned.
Stone won't, cant be distracted.
Temptations destroy what's earned.
Stone does what he wants,
keeping self and action in check.
Stone lives his life open, with care.
He must hit marks, to avoid regret.
Stone is completely free.
Just not to himself.
Stone must obey his chosen rules.
This will build his inner wealth.
Stone, immovable in his way.
His freedom held by the light.
Stone prepares for life, in the day.
A wild child revels, through the night.
