Get Out and Live

Did you laugh today
Did you tell anyone hey
Did you get out of your space
And join the human race

Did you take more than a glance
At the beauty in this land
Did you notice the sun’s place
And it’s feel upon your face

Did you offer a grin
Why not? it cost nothin’
Did you say something nice
Helps forget any vice

Do you see how small
We are after all
And how one little jump
Is a big pick me up

So get out of your zone
Later return home
To recount your days events
And how pleasant the time went

If you’ve never tried
You can’t say that I lied
Try it and see
Then get back to me

So get up and stretch
Touch your toes, forget stress
Get out and live
Experience, get and give
