Get Me By

If I gave up and did not try
Would I fail or just get by
If I failed by any means
Not because I ate my greens
I do not push to get my way
Cause it may hurt and I will pray
I bare my soul out to my friends
And yes my love it never bends
When I have trouble with my teens
It may be time to change my scenes
Cannot end my winning bid
Wait til you see what I just did
I will not give in I will try
And do it all to get me by
