G-et it off your chest, L-et not trouble bother you; A-ugust twenty-ninth Tuesday, D-on't make your heartbeat blue. Y-ield to the happiness, ease your worried mind; S-tay away from fret, leave the boredom behind. C-ome get it off your chest, E-xpress what's deep inside; R-elease the anxiety, I-nstead of trying to hide. N-ever let the fear prevail, turn insipidity into zest; A-im to soothe your soul, get it off your chest.
