I'm a spark in the dark, I don't need eyes to see.
In my heart I know what to believe.
Whatever you feel, don't feel sorry for me
'cause all that God gives me I will receive.
I absorb the world with every sound
and being blind doesn't leave me bound;
in fact I think my heart's more free
than it would be if I could see.

I don't judge people on their looks,
just on personality -
and so I have a depth you don't.
I'm very happy to be me!
I can do most things that you can do,
in fact I think I'm better at a few;
but the most important thing I know
is that when tears fall, our hearts do grow.
BECAUSE
I don't need eye's to grow up strong,
I have many a friend to help me along.
Listen to my heart singing Love's song,
This is my body and I belong.
