Gentle Mist

I was once walking through the wood, in the mist, silenced hush. Sky rocketed trees, graced by the tender eve. Quacks; quivers; splash; and whirl, faded into a whisper. Sky fell asleep; stars twinkled, but dwindled to disappear. Emptiness of the green, I felt within, and with a sweet touch, gently the mist devoured me completely.
