Gentle Love and Care

The gentlest show of love and care I wouldn't advise one to dare For remaining the All - Time Rare: What the giver receives not fair Behind his back dismissed like fool Or thought keeper of Piteous Rules; Not infrequently a mere tool Of the one enjoying King's Stool All True Lovers have to time bide While they are struck on every side Or try to hurt emotions hide As the others do the long ride.
