Generation

Generation

You whisper in my ear,
To try to catch me in my fears
 I try to think that
 It’s not real
 For everyone to deal

You, me, both of us
Living this life today,
Try to live life to the fullest.

(Chorus)
Hey you, listen to what I have to say,
Hey you I know its something that I’ve gotta’ have
In order for you and I, to become one path, to the next generation

Listen to me say:
Everything you pay
Becomes my fare way
Out of your life…

Oh no… Here we go again:

Hey you, listen to what I have to say,
Hey you, I know its something that I’ve gotta have
In order for you and I, to become one path, to the next

(Bridge)
GENERATION, (Oh yeah)
GENERATION, (Oh Yeah,
Oh Yah. Oh! MY Next generation _____________

The next generation between you and I,
The next part towards are lives,
 The next you
 The next me,
Than all the pieces are put together… again

You know it’s not real,
For us to deal.
With all this pretending around.
