Gem In the Green
In the fields by the shore
where trees are evergreen and birds chirp in unison.
It was a picture-perfect.
Amid stood a figure of fair, genuine beauty
that blossom flowers.
Sited she was. A picturesque.
Like a spell cast upon me, I was lost in oblivion.
O! my heart, be still
It was now or never, my moment of truth, teetering I proceeded in gust
She was still, like silence
I felt the air radiating with her fragrance of body and hair
She could feel her ambiance shift
She sensed it. Felt it.
As my hand brushed her shoulder and I said...
