Gazing Into the Starlit Sky
Gazing into the starlit sky for a peaceful realm,
Delicate patterns a million light years away
Where no one knows who or what is at the helm,
Gazing into the starlit sky for a peaceful realm.
The twinkling of innumerable stars can overwhelm,
Amid the unfathomable reaches of the Milky Way
Gazing into the starlit sky for a peaceful realm,
Delicate patterns a million light years away.
Gazing into the starlit sky for a peaceful realm
Where no one knows who or what is at the helm,
The twinkling of innumerable stars can overwhelm.
Delicate patterns a million light years away
Amid the unfathomable reaches of the Milky Way,
Wherever the Great Creator resides is very faraway.

[This poem is a combination of the Triolet and the Sonnet,
or a "Trionet," which I inadvertently created in May, 2021.
It is listed under "Verse" in Poetry Soup's types.]
