Gather Together

You utter words of unity
You utter words of purity
You nearly killed me with kindness
Now, I want you free from your distress

Gather together your way with me
Gather together your day of liberty 
Free me for an eternity and you’ll see
That we are compatible together maybe

Daggers of hatred, brewing in my eyes
You told me oh so many betrayed lies
Yet, the truth will set us all free
Gather together till an eternity 

The fact that you still love me
Tells me that I hate rue honestly 
You nearly killed me with kindness
Now, I want to free you to free me regardless

Gather together your way with me
Gather together your day of liberty 
Free me for an eternity and you’ll see
That we are compatible together maybe

I want to be happy with or without you…
I choose to be free whenever I need to
Gather together my thoughts of you
