Gas Prices Don'T Matter

Gas Prices Don’t Matter By Elton Camp Whether gas prices are going up or down Matters not to one group near our town Go up highway 43 to Ethridge, Tennessee And there these self-sufficient folks will be No vehicles with cylinder eight, six or four One or two horsepower and need no more And the least troublesome vehicles around Not any fancy power features to break down Having figured out how to run them on hay, There are no exorbitant pump prices to pay How this relieves them from so much strife There’s lots to be said for the simple life (Written about an Amish community near here.)
