Gardens of Healing
To sit in the garden
Is food for the soul
If you are feeling fragmented
It will make you feel whole.
The sweetly fragrant flowers,
In all different hues,
Strong oaks majestically tower
Enjoying the view,
A feast for the eyes,
Peace for the mind,
Tranquillity and wonder
In gardens, we will find,
Just the rustle of trees
As a breeze gently blows,
This haven relieves
All our cares and woes.
Close your eyes,
And drink in.
The peace felt from within,
You will be surprised,
As you feel the healing begin.
