Game Called Love

Your eyes are your disguise
They're what makes me wan to come closer
They hide what's really inside
What is really inside?

The more I get to know you, the more I start to hate you
I thought you were different, but you're just the same
You're cheatin' at a game called love

When you said we'd be together 'till the very end
I should have known you were just playing make pretend
How could you do this to me?
Think of how happy we could've been
But instead I was in tears in the end

The more I get to know you, the more I start to hate you
I thought you were different, but you're just the same
You're cheatin' at a game called love

Now I'm just sittin' here
Thinking of all of the things I did for you
We would have been OK
If you hadn't pretended to be somebody else
You could have just been yourself
I'm sick and tired of guys like you
And everything you put me through

The more I get to know you, the more I start to hate you
I thought you were different, but ypu're just the same
You're cheating at a game called love

Well, the more I get to know you,the more I start to hate you
But, then I start to love you
