Gamble and Huff with all that rhythmic stuff Throwing down and making 'em get down to that sweet, soul 'Philly Sound' The Jacksons, Teddy, Phyllis, and the Mighty O'Jays sweet pulsating sounds for days on days Fingers snapping, toe-tapping, and heads a nodding Beautiful bodies up bopping and Soul Train hopping Peanut Butter and Jelly on bread, so sweet a Philly combination that can't be beat Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff Oh so smooth and sho Nuff tough

Hello, Stewart! First of all, I want you to know this is the very first poem I've chosen to read this year on poetry soup. So, I might be a bit rusty on my comment. The title stood out, especially since the O'Jays was a group my mom enjoyed. I still love the song called *Love Train (the original one of course). GET DOWN, is an awesome song as well. I wasn't yet born fully however, I will always have a sweet cup of Kenny & Leon in the morning. Flow & rhyme, now that's a sweet combination. LINDA
