I was only four, running out the kitchen door. There she was - a ball of pep - first sight love, and yep, her fur like fuzz. In circles she would run, for us brothers, fun - four legs of joy. We played tug of war, and whatever more is needed for a boy? She was my best friend until it had to end in ten years time. She made childhood sweeter, my rhythm and my meter, she was my rhyme.

I had many pets in my childhood and in life. I truly understand the love you had for the ball of fuzz. It brings back memories.

Yep, and my dog was perfectly timed to my childhood, from about 4 to 14 years old. Nice memories, huh?
