Fun and Games
I haven't posted any poems in a long time so here is one I wrote recently.
You thought it was all fun and games
Never knew your words could hurt
The time has come
You should have been more careful
Really thought before you spoke
Now it's too late
You never know the person inside
All the secrets locked away
Wishing you could take it all back
You can't
Now I'm dead and gone
Hoping this was what you wanted
For it's what you always told me
You wouldn't care if I was dead
You would laugh at my pain
All of this because your words were not just fun and games
