Yes, most parents work hard and sacrifice a lot for their children coz for them education is the best inheritance. Most parents want the best for their children. But then success also lies on the behavior of a child toward his/her studies.

Jan Allison Date: 10/16/2024 1:59:00 AM Having my son is my greatest achievement ever, he had a bad time at uni with his 2 school pals (Brothers) dying of a drugs related incident, and he wanted to pull out of uni. then dad died and the boys parents came to the funeral (theyd not met my dad but came to support me), i asked them to have a word with my son they said we have lost our boys - you MUST carry on. He picked himself up and went on to be top student, won 3 awards and was internationally recognised so yes I am proud! hugs jan! Login to Reply Jan Allison Date: 10/19/2024 4:25:00 PM aww thanks Len, the first time I can recall my mum saying she was proud of me was after I'd been on stage of the gaiety theatre reciting 3 of my poems at a fundraising event(first time on a stage) before that it was always my sister who was praised but I am riding high with my poetry and book2 is being edited - amazing for someone who hated poetry at school and only started writing in 2013! hugs jan xx Len Gasun Date: 10/19/2024 4:08:00 PM Thanks my dear poet friend Jan.
