~Fruitcake Oh No! ~
 (Couplet)


 Fruitcake, oh no! I don't like
 I'd rather give it to Mike.

 Fruitcake tastes to me more than bad
 If you give me one I'd get very mad.

 Fruitcakes are not really fun you see
 So please don't send one to me.

 Fruitcakes tastes like a nasty piece of rubber
 Just thinking of them makes me shout and shudder.

Hi!Thank you ever so kindly,White Sage,for stopping by and commenting so beautifully on my poem.Very deeply I appreciate it:)) No,no, that isn't me! fruitcakes are just fine enough for me, not crazy about them to tell you the truth, but still I don't mind having a slice or two, once in while especially during the Christmas holidays.That was my son David the one who disliked them quite a lot when he was a little boy growing up, and who inspired me to write in the end this childrens poem:)) Wishing you a very lovely week!
