Frozen In Crystalline: Pic Number Two

We cuddled there in days of old,
but now our bench is alone and cold.

Jack, I once wrote a poem about a lonely park bench. I wonder if you were remembering my poem when you did this one. I love that theme you went to with the bench. congrats in my contest.

A picture of a memory in an empty heart. Lamenting a love now long gone now that they're apart. A new bench isn't going to solve what made love disappear. Searching in tomorrows mist requires we have no fear. Peace. :)

Longing...sadness make this a beautiful crystalline, Jack. [I feel sorry for that bench; perhaps another worthy couple will come along to keep it company!] Hope you're keeping well. // paul

Very nice -- alone and cold because of winter or because one is gone . . . I glad you left it up to the reader. Great poem.
