Frozen For a Season
It has been a long winter,
A season filled with wilted dreams,
Shaken by each passing storm,
Frozen in a single time,
Left to wait,
For surely spring is on its way,
But when?
Perhaps another day,
Fading stories lose their meaning,
As birth brings forth a deeper healing,
Struggling in this caterpillar’s cocoon,
Surely wings will come here soon,
Set apart for a moment in space,
For nothing endured will go to waste,
It has been a gradual process,
With an extended interval,
Fighting while bleeding,
However,
Ultimately recovering
From a cracked foundation,
To reveal,
True revelation,
Genuine endeavors,
Brilliance that glows
Establishing a
Perpetual flow.
