From Time To Time, Now and Again

Time will lapse leisurely as it runs On nimble legs through worlds unknown. The moon is whole, the wind will still and You can hear the whispers that they speak. And when the hour is near You will see, As they forward and enter the scene. A feeling of fear seduced by the night That lingers in the betweens. Was once a foe but now a new This foes actions have been. Foresight thwarted by a potent dream And what was wrong is now right. As they draw near with faces misplaced All feelings and thoughts subside. When they leave you understand And time returns to the world. Although, without a lessoned learned It may just leave once again.
