From the Womb To the Tomb

Within the womb the miracle lay
Waiting for the appropriate day
To, at chance, enjoy the start,
A life in which to grow in heart

From the day that child was here
Learned to love and pray, no fear
Continued growth in solemn ways
Praying for eternal days

Unto the tomb, the body lay
Soul lives on, to Him we pray
The flesh to ashes as declared
The body’s gone but soul was spared
