Theme: Love between two people who cannot remain
Do not weep for me my love My time was up, I had to leave. Received the calling from above Now watch your sadness as you grieve. Your heart is broken, so is mine My tears cascade like falling rain. My destiny to walk the line In death, I too can feel the pain. You must go on without me there And when you think of me know this. The love we had was ours to share Each other bound in wedded bliss. My time clock on the earth was through I’ve crossed now to the other side. I ask my darling this from you Forgive the fact that I have died. To stay with you I had no choice Though I’m now gone, you’ll feel me near. Close your eyes, you’ll hear my voice Call out to you “I love you dear.” But you still have so much to do I’ll wait until you come to me. And when you time is also through Together, then we’ll always be.
